Los Pingüinos is a weekly pop up restaurant by chef Deborah de Corral (former chef and owner of Tigre Miami) where Argentinian food is prepared over flames and wine flows endlessly from penguin-shaped pitchers. Our chef focuses on using only the freshest ingredients to craft a rotating menu that highlights wild caught fresh seafood, grilled meats from pasture-raised sources, and locally grown vegetables.
